In 2002, the Mississippi Legislature authorized Proprietary Schools to provide Real Estate Pre-License Courses effective July 1, 2003. RETI now offers this course for individuals desiring to enter the real estate profession.

This course represents 60 contact hours towards a RETI professional designation. More information and applications are available on the designations page.

Regular Tuition: $595 per person, per course.

Online or Phone registrations must be completed before the class start date. Mail-in registrations must be accompanied by payment and received before the class start date.

Walk-in registration: $625 per person, per course.

For Veterans: The Real Estate Training Institute has been approved by the state approving agency for veterans education and training. We are happy to provide any assistance that you might need to complete the process for reimbursement of tuition fees.
