Meet the mandatory requirements of Mississippi Real Estate Law
73-35-G(3) prior to the anniversary of your license date.
The Real Estate Training Institute offers this 30-hour course
in a four-day (one week) program.
This course represents 30 contact hours towards a RETI professional
designation. More information and applications are available on
the designations page.
30 hours covering:
- Agency relationships, contract and earnest money
- Anti-trust, ethics and fair housing
- Property condition and disclosure
- Pricing and marketing property
- Customer service and contact management
- Business planning & negotiation
- Listing strategies and closings
The course will also provide insight on how to become a successful
Realtor, utilizing the latest adult education methods
(more about adult education).
Regular Tuition: $300 per person, per course.
Online or Phone registrations must be completed before the class start date. Mail-in registrations must be accompanied by payment and received before the class start date.
Walk-in registration: $325 per person, per
course.
