The registration section of our site uses 128-bit SSL encryption, the strongest available, to protect information that you share with us. In addition, we do not ask for, or store, information unless it is necessary for processing your registration.

We use this information to process your order and, if necessary, to follow up with you regarding class schedules, locations, etc. If you are using the online registration process to generate a form that will be mailed or faxed to us, any information that you provide is erased when you complete or cancel the order process, or when the browser that you are using is closed. If you are using the online registration process to pay immediately with a credit card, a record of the transaction is stored. Credit card numbers are not stored on the server after payment has been processed (only the last four numbers are kept for reference as part of the transaction record). Should you cancel the registration process before completing it, all of the information that you have provided is erased.
