Please review the following policies and pre-registration information before registering for your classes. We look forward to meeting you!

You must be a resident of the State of Mississippi. Every applicant
for a resident license as a real estate salesperson must be 18
years of age or older, and every applicant for a broker's license
in real estate must be 21 years of age or older. Each applicant
must be a bona fide resident of Mississippi prior to filing his/her
application to sit for the State licensing or broker's examination.

Advance Registration is required; materials are based on the number of Paid students. Students will be charged a walk in fee of $30.00 --this applies to all courses.

The deadline for any course is 3 days before the start date. Courses may be cancelled due to lack of registration.

Cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the start date of the course to receive a refund. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

RETI automatically cancels the registration of any person whose
check is returned from a bank due to insufficient funds. A
$30 fee is assessed on all NSF checks.

RETI reserves the right to cancel any course on the deadline date
if insufficient registrations are received. RETI is not responsible
for classes cancelled due to inclement weather conditions (hurricanes,
tornadoes, etc.) or other Acts of God. The student is responsible
for rescheduling classes missed in such situations.

All missed hours must be approved by RETI, who will determine when and if time will be made up.

Books are ordered based upon the number
of pre-registrations. There is no guarantee that books will be
available to walk-in students. Students will be charged a walk-in fee of $30.00 -- this applies to all courses.

Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive a confirmation
letter. Class schedules will be available on the first day of
class. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within 7 days
of the class date, please call RETI to verify receipt of the registration.

Each Salesperson Pre-Licensing student will receive the course
book Modern Real Estate Practice, 17th Edition
(Fillmore W. Galaty-Wellington, J. Allaway-Robert, C. Kyle) along
with supplemental materials. A calculator is recommended for all
RETI classes.

Examinations are administered prior to receiving a Certificate
of Completion. An average score of 75% is required to receive
your Certificate of Completion.

A student may retake an examination at no cost any time, until
he/she passes or decides not to pursue a career in real estate.
