The Real Estate Training Institute offers both Pre-Licensing
and Post-Licensing Broker Courses. Please contact the
RETI office (228.354.8585 or 866.788.7384) before registering,
to confirm that you are signing up for the appropriate Broker
course.
The Broker - Pre-Licensing course
consists of two 30 hour courses for salespersons seeking a
broker's license.
Each course represents 30 contact hours towards a RETI professional
designation (60 hours for both courses). More information and

The Broker - Post-Licensing course is designed
to meet the mandatory
requirements of Mississippi Real Estate Law 73-35-G(3) prior
to the anniversary
of your licensing
date. The course is offered in a four-day (one week) program
(30 hours) and covers:
- Real estate brokerage and agency
- Managing escrow accounts
- Intra/Inter - office confidentiality
- Broker responsibilities to licensees
- Office policies and procedures
- Broker agreements with licensees and assistants
- Mississippi real estate forms
- Human resources management
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Time and life management
This course represents 30 contact hours towards a RETI professional

Regular tuition: $300 per person, per course.
Online or Phone registrations must be completed before the class start date. Mail-in registrations must be accompanied by payment and received before the class start date.
Walk-in registration: $325 per person, per
course (30 hours).
