Each Appraisal Continuing Education Course includes 1-4 days of courses to satisfy USPAP continuing education requirements.
For "flexible" Appraisal CE courses offered over several days, the student may select specific days to attend.
In addition, regular 7 and 15 hour courses are offered, including:
- Site Valuation and Cost Approach
- Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use
- Residential Report Writing
- 15-hour National USPAP
- 7-hour National USPAP

"Flexible" 1-4 day Appraisal CE: $149 per person, per course day selected.
Regular 7 hour Appraisal CE courses: $149 per person, per course
Regular 15 hour Appraisal CE courses: $149 per person, per course
Online or Phone registrations must be completed before the class start date. Mail-in registrations must be accompanied by payment and received before the class start date.
Note: For 2-4 day Appraisal CE courses (except for the regular 15 hour courses), you will have the option to choose which day(s) you would like to attend on the first page of the registration process.
