The Appraisal Pre License Course (Upgrade) includes 75 hours of instruction needed for Registered Appraisal Trainees to upgrade to Licensed Residential Real Property Appraiser status.
The Appraisal Pre License Course (Complete) includes 150 hours of instruction, satisfying the Mississippi state requirement for an Appraiser's license, as well as the 15 hours of USPAP. Students will be provided the Text, Booklet, CD and any necessary materials to assist them in passing the state examination.
Classes are held Fridays and Saturdays, 9:00am to 5:30 pm, with an hour break for lunch. The Appraisal course includes:

Upgrade (75 hr) Course Tuition: $999 per person, per course.
Complete (150 hr) Course Tuition: $3000 per person, per course.
Note: Tuition for the Complete (150 hr) Course may be paid in three equal installments (cash or credit -- all checks must clear prior to the course start date). This method of payment may be arranged by telephone or by visiting the RETI office.
Online or Phone registrations must be completed before the class start date. Mail-in registrations must be accompanied by payment and received before the class start date.
